By accessing or using IMEICheckPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

The Service provides IMEI and serial number checking tools that return device information such as model, brand, carrier, warranty and iCloud status. Information is provided "as is" and for informational purposes only.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • You agree not to submit IMEI numbers you do not own or are not authorised to check.
  • You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload or abuse the Service.
  • You agree not to scrape, reproduce or resell the Service's data without written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information returned by our IMEI checks. Data is supplied by third-party providers and may occasionally be incorrect or outdated.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMEICheckPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including decisions made based on IMEI check results.

6. No Affiliation

The Service is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple, Samsung, Google, any mobile carrier, or any trademark owner referenced within check results. All product names, logos and brands are property of their respective owners.

7. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
